The Guest House at the Bauers Family Tree Farm was completed in 2010.  Designed by a Costa Rican architect, this house sits high atop the teak tree farm and has incredible vistas of the teak trees and surrounding valley.   The Guest House was designed for all rooms to enjoy the wonderful views that Miramar Costa Rica has to offer.  The house was also designed for guests to take advantage the wonderful weather of Costa Rica.  The kitchen, living room, master bedroom and guest bedrooms all walk-out to a magnificent covered back porch that can be used at all times of the day and night.  There is no need for a heating or air conditioning system at the house - the air temperatures at the farm rarely get above 90 degrees F and never drops below 60 degrees F.  One of the most fun features of the house is the outdoor showers in both master and guest bathrooms.
